Our team is running the sales for the condo conversion as Spring Hill Condos. We opened up to the public around St. Patricks day and currently have about 100 units under contract. This conversion is 264 units and our original goal was to sell out in around 18-24 months. With the current pace of sales we should be able to sell much faster then our original goal.

I’m looking at your conversions for an investment property. What are you doing with the current renters? Is it possible to purchase a unit with a renter already in place? I also need pricing, including annual taxes and association fees.

We do sell units with renters in place. It all depends on what the investor is looking for.
